Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Order Cancellation
We pride ourselves on efficiency and often begin preparing your handcrafted pieces shortly after an order is placed.

Within 48 Hours: We accept cancellation requests within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 48 Hours: Once the production process has begun or the item has been packed for shipment, we are no longer obligated to cancel the order.

Post-Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry pieces, slight variations in finish, texture, or detailing may naturally occur and are considered part of each piece’s unique character.
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with original packaging intact.

Customers must contact us before returning any item and provide their order number, clear photos of the jewelry, and an explanation of the issue.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any customs fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit or is incorrect (e.g., wrong design), please contact us at support@sdrastudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging. We will evaluate the case promptly and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund has been approved but you haven't received it yet:
